I couldn’t make them laugh,

I couldn’t make them smile.

My pants kept falling up

And my clothes were all in style.

I couldn’t seem to juggle,

I couldn’t squirt a rose.

When I tried a unicycle

I landed on my nose.

I couldn’t ride a horse,

I couldn’t throw a pie.

I pulled a rabbit from my hat

That punched me in the eye.

So I packed up my shoes,

I packed up my van.

And dropped out of clown school

To be a fireman.
